Hello Everyone!
Being the mother of two under two has really taken a toll on my body. I was thinking about it the other day and realized I have pretty much been pregnant since 2008. Meaning I have put my body second for my kids. This made me want the old me back. Better yet a whole new and improved me. I have always been athletic and it doesn't take much for my body to make muscle. I have never liked to follow that scary word "diet". So I never really drop the pounds. Although numbers have never really meant much to me I am now on board with cutting back my calories to see those numbers drop. This can also be addicting! I am currently nursing my 3 mth old daughter so I do still need to be careful since I do not want to see a drop in my milk supply. Feeding her is my number 1 priority so if at any point during my weight loss journey do I see a drop I will take a break or alter something. This blog will serve to chart my progress. I think that if I put it out there I will have a better chance of sticking to this!
